PROUD TO WORK WITH

TRAINING

BESPOKE D&I LEARNING FOR YOUR ORGANISATION

D&I learning alone is rarely effective. As such, our approach to learning is that it should happen as part of your overall approach to D&I.

We provide clients with supplemental learning to compliment an existing programme of D&I activity. In addition, we partner with organisations to present  a learning opportunity to senior leadership, providing an imperative to start the D&I journey.

Employee network training - Employee networks, also known as Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), are a key vehicle of change to engage all colleagues in the discussion and work of D&I.

The most successful ERGs are those that move beyond “awareness” or social events to design and deliver programmes and initiatives that can truly impact the culture of the organisation—for example, mentoring, reverse mentoring, ally programmes and providing consulting to clients.

Our development programmes provide networks with everything they need to develop and mature into partners in the delivery of diversity and inclusion in the organisation.

Board awareness and development - Boards are key influencers of organisational culture and focus. As such, they require regular input on key trends emerging in organisational development in respect of this important area of work.

Our stand alone board training is tailored to address the development needs of your board—whether that’s an introduction to the core concepts of D&I or a deep dive information session on a key area of focus, such as leveraging inclusive cultures to drive better decision making.

Career & Development - Delivered as group mentoring sessions to those under-represented at the senior leadership level, this development initiative provides an opportunity for organisations to fast-track career development for diverse talent.

Our mentoring supports them in key areas of career and development planning as well as core issues, such as building a professional brand, building networks and developing executive presence.  Existing knowledge and research related to the barriers to progression for diverse talent is discussed and leveraged as part of the development to help in understanding and overcoming institutional bias.

Women in Leadership - A diverse workforce and inclusive work environment bring numerous benefits for organisations.  This type of environment is driven by leaders' and colleagues' behaviours every day, and by a consistent and strong approach to promoting organizational values that support inclusion.

Delivered in partnership with the DCU Business School, our Inclusive Leadership programme is tailored to the needs of your organisation-from taster sessions to get your leaders and managers started on an inclusive leadership journey, to immersive development engagements, to deep dive into unconscious bias and how it can negatively impact the organisational environment and affect business decisions.
