Andrea also leads national initiatives such as Balance for Better Business and Enterprise Ireland’s Level Project, lectures at DCU, and drives gender and LGBT+ inclusion through the 30% Club.

Seamus Hanley brings over 27 years of consulting and training expertise, with a career spanning management, environmental, quality, health, and safety across diverse industries.

Holding an MBA, MSc in HRM, multiple postgraduate diplomas, and chartered memberships with leading professional bodies, Seamus combines academic excellence with practical insight.

 

His background in civil engineering, with experience in Ireland and the UK, gives him a deep understanding of the challenges of today’s regulated marketplace.

Known for her insight and impact, she equips leaders with strategies for influence, deal-making, and relational intelligence - while tackling the “dark side” of leadership with honesty and skill.
