Andrea Dermody

Andrea Dermody is one of Ireland’s leading voices in diversity and inclusion - a strategist, speaker, and changemaker with over 20 years of International experience.

​

Formerly Head of D&I for State Street EMEA, she now helps global organisations turn inclusion into action across finance, tech, utilities, and construction.

 

Andrea also leads national initiatives such as Balance for Better Business and Enterprise Ireland’s Level Project, lectures at DCU, and drives gender and LGBT+ inclusion through the 30% Club.

Recognised for her clarity and impact, Andrea inspires leaders to cut through complexity, create real change, and build workplaces where people thrive and organisations flourish.

Seamus Hanley brings over 27 years of consulting and training expertise, with a career spanning management, environmental, quality, health, and safety across diverse industries.

Holding an MBA, MSc in HRM, multiple postgraduate diplomas, and chartered memberships with leading professional bodies, Seamus combines academic excellence with practical insight.

 

His background in civil engineering, with experience in Ireland and the UK, gives him a deep understanding of the challenges of today’s regulated marketplace.

Trusted for his knowledge and approach, Seamus equips leaders and organisations to meet complex demands with confidence and clarity.

Professor of Leadership and Associate Professor of Organisational Psychology,

Melrona has spent over 30 years helping leaders sharpen judgement, broaden their range, and act with clarity under pressure.

Drawing on deep expertise and evidence-based practice, she advises global companies and government agencies on their toughest leadership challenges. Known for her insight and impact, she equips leaders with strategies for influence, deal-making, and relational intelligence - while tackling the “dark side” of leadership with honesty and skill.

Alongside her advisory work, Melrona created Let’s Lead! - a flagship leadership programme for women with more than 230 alumnae - and is a regular voice in media and public forums on leadership.
